What are you going to do?
- In the initial phase, you build your own customer portfolio, where you are responsible for the entire sales funnel: from closing deals to managing after-sales;
- At a strategic level, you think along with the customer to determine how Xeleron can respond to this;
- You get to know the consultants and match their qualities with the needs of the client;
- You identify opportunities by investigating which customers we are not yet working with and develop a plan to realize this;
- Contact our existing network by telephone to promote our masterclasses and encourage registrations;
- Networking! You make a lot of contacts with both current and potential customers and invite them to our events, for example.

- Salary indication between €2.500 and €3.500 per month + very attractive bonus that you have a lot of influence on;

What do you bring
- A HBO diploma;
- You are proficient in the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial position;
- Affinity with IT;
- With your drive and passion for sales, you spot opportunities where others don't see them;
- You are independent and can run your own business well;
- Gets energy from making sales;
- Commercial experience at a consultancy organization is a strong asset;
- You are determined and not easily discouraged by setbacks.
