Prowareness Xeleron is a startup within the Waada group. We emerged from our big sister Prowareness at the beginning of this year to further professionalize strategy execution and portfolio management in the Netherlands. In this, we combine our knowledge and experience with organizational management and portfolio management with our track record in digitalization and agility.

How do you grow as a consultant at Prowareness Xeleron?

Larger trajectories, even more complex situations, specializing or broadening, following training courses and obtaining certifications? You will get started with your own growth plan. We create growth together! It is not for nothing that we have 150 real professionals within the group who are ready for each other.

• We work closely together in customer teams and as a Xeleron team, we develop training courses ourselves, write books, speak at conferences and work hard on new propositions and professional groups.
• We invest a lot in our buddy/mentor system and internal coaching program. Our Friday afternoons are sacred – they are focused on our development, fun and future. We are leading the market and we are proud of that!

What are you going to do?

• Advise and guide organizations in setting up and optimizing their (tactical) portfolio management;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide insight into portfolios and improve decision-making processes;
• Implement effective methods for identifying, assessing and prioritizing projects in alignment with the organization's strategic goals;
• Support the development and implementation of governance and reporting structures for the portfolio.

What do we have to offer?

• A permanent contract (32-40 hours per week) with a trial period of two months;
• Salary indication between €3.300 and €5.400 per month + attractive bonus that is paid out monthly and over which you have a lot of influence;
• Unlimited vacation days + the freedom to plan them yourself;
• We offer a lease budget up to €1.400 (electric) or €1300 incl. fuel. (or partly paid out on top of your salary as a 'mobility budget';
• A personal training budget starting from €7.000 per year.

What are you bringing?

• A completed BSc or MSc (important, also for our customers);
• Mastery of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a change consultant or related positions;
• Excellent communication and advisory skills;
• In-depth knowledge of project portfolios, strategic planning and decision-making processes is an advantage.
