You are a professional with a strong affinity for portfolio management, change management and leadership. You know how to translate strategic objectives into concrete actions and help organizations to effectively prioritize, structure and manage their projects and programs. You have an eye for both the content and the people in the organization, and understand that successful change is about support, collaboration and adoption. With your analytical skills, structured working method and persuasiveness, you know how to guide organizations in maturing their portfolio management and realizing sustainable change. In addition, you are able to lead, for example, PMOs or other stakeholders to organize the work effectively.

To strengthen our growth, we are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager who helps organizations realize strategic objectives, increase their effectiveness and effectively set up and further develop portfolio management.

What are you going to do?

As a Portfolio Manager, you are the link between strategy and execution. You help clients structure, prioritize and realize their projects and programs, ensuring support and a smooth implementation of changes. You oversee the entire portfolio and guide organizations in the adoption of new methods and systems.

Your duties include:

• Set up portfolio management processes and governance and guide decision-making around strategic priorities and investments.

•  Creates an overview of current and planned initiatives and ensures coordination between stakeholders.

• Manages PMOs and other stakeholders to effectively organize work and realize the portfolio.

• Advises on an effective Way of Working (WoW), with explicit connections between Portfolio Management, Product Management, Value Chains and Project Management.

• Implements change approaches that ensure support, adoption and sustainable improvement.

•  Supports tooling, training and coaching around portfolio management and strategy execution.

Who are you?

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for change management and strategy execution. You have experience with portfolio management and know how to inspire and guide others in this. In addition, you have:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in portfolio management, change management or organizational consultancy.

• Possesses strong communication skills and persuasiveness at multiple levels.

• Works in a structured manner and is able to distinguish between the main issues and secondary issues in order to quickly get to the heart of the matter.

• Are you able to lead PMOs or other stakeholders within change assignments?

• Have experience with agile working methods and know how to integrate these into portfolio management (pré).

• Has a higher professional or university degree in business administration, management, IT or a related field.

What do we offer you?

•  A permanent contract (32-40 hours per week) with a trial period of two months.

• A salary indication of €4.700 – €6.100 per month, plus an attractive performance bonus.

• Unlimited vacation days and the freedom to plan them yourself.

• Lease budget up to €1.400 (electric) or mobility budget of €900 extra on top of your salary.

• A personal training budget of at least €9.000 per year.
