Portfolio Management at Rabobank

At the lunch session on 8 December 2023, Sabine Scheepstra (Chapter Lead Digital transformation Retail NL at Rabobank) will explain how the same priorities are being worked across the bank. During her presentation, she will take us through how strategic refinement within Rabobank creates the preconditions for agile portfolio management and how lean forcasting is used to make the right portfolio choices at a strategic level within the bank.

In addition, Prowareness Xeleron shares the first insights of our research among more than 100 portfolio managers in the Netherlands and what that can mean for your organization. Of course, there is always room for the break-outs to exchange knowledge, ideas and experiences. We end with a delicious Indian lunch from Dhaba Delft.
